Assistant Coach Bryan Bradshaw - Shipped overnight fresh from Ireland, in a freeze dried package, he arrived on our door step with some minor instructions. I added a spritz of Protein powder and a dash of whiskey to which he sprang to life. He is an excellent addition to our team with 10 years experience in Powerlifting and 5 years Strongman experience. Currently pursuing his CF-L1 you can usually find him shadowing another coach and assisting with lifters during our Barbell club classes. Bryan is a Member of the CrossFit Central Regionals Medical Team and a current member of the 2016 CrossFit Games Medical Team. Bryan is a 5 year veteran Advanced-EMT actively enrolled in Paramedic School.

Assistant Coach Daniel Casey - Daniel has a unique perspective on Fitness that not many people can appreciate. Daniel began CrossFit as a very nervous 550 lbs athlete. After just a year doing CrossFit, Daniel had dropped to 400 lbs. Daniel found himself in the spotlight on the CrossFit Games Website. He had now began to experience an influx of people supporting him and cheering him on as well as a very few negative Nancies. He found more than those two things, though, he found people who thought of him as an inspiration. Daniel being the awesome guy that he is decided that he should take the first steps toward using his momentum for helping others achieve what he had, Fitness and quality of life! Daniel will be pursuing his Level 1 this fall and is currently assistant coaching a few of the classes throughout the week. Shadowing one of the other CF-L1 Coaches or CF-L2 Hicks, he is seeking to hone his teaching skills and become a different level of inspiration. You can read more about Daniel's Journey here:
